WalletHub analyzed and ranked the 150 largest U.S. cities based on 23 metrics. These metrics focused on professional opportunities and quality of life.

As a part of the professional opportunities metrics WalletHub analyzed, they looked at monthly median starting salary (adjusted for cost of living). Arlington ranked #2 in country as the highest monthly median starting salary.
We have a lot of pride for Arlington so I’m really excited to see us ranked on the list. It’s another reason Arlington is a great place to call home. Plus, this is a great tie-in to the recent study that ranked Arlington as the second best city for people 35 and under.
