Remember when Jambo’s Barbeque Shack opened their Arlington location in late July? It was the followup to the original successful Rendon location.
Since the Arlington doors opened, Jambo’s has been a hit. BBQ fans flock to Little Road to get their hands on Jambo’s tasty ribs, brisket, pulled pork and more.
Big news recently dropped that Arlington BBQ lovers, foodies, and historians should know about.
Jambo’s Barbeque Shack and its owners Paul and Ashton Lovato announced plans to open a second Arlington location. This news will make BBQ lovers happy. The second location is not just some run-of-the-mill spot. Jambo’s Barbeque Shack will move into an Arlington landmark that opened in 1931. I’m talking about the Arlington Steak House, located at 1724 W Division St.
Here’s the announcement from Arlington Steak House’s Facebook page on December 29.
In February, Arlington Steak House will transition into Jambo’s BBQ! Jambo’s has been making serious waves lately in North Texas and we are thrilled to partner with them to bring you amazing BBQ while still celebrating the rich history of our historic building and promoting the revitalization of the Bankhead Highway. The Arlington Steakhouse will serve its traditional menu through January 31st, so come enjoy all your favorites while they last!
